From Street to Trench: A World War that Shaped a Region, 2014

The Imperial War Museum North have launched their latest exhibition 'From Street to Trench: A World War that Shaped a Region'. The exhibition gives a very special insight into the contribution made by the North West during the First World War and incorporates a series of films, sound recordings, photographs, artworks and letters.

We have sponsored the exhibition by supplying several colours for the stands and walls throughout the display.  The colours vary from 'Canton' and 'Celestial Blue' to 'Tuscan Red'. The exhibition contains a compelling range of eye catching colours from the Little Greene collection and act as a perfect accompaniment to the IWM’s unrivalled national collection.

Nissen Richards Studio, the interior designers for the exhibition commented ‘The carefully selected colour palette is classic but works fantastically in a contemporary setting.’

The paint colours used can be seen in the photographs below:

Little Greene are very proud to support ‘Street to Trench’ and we do encourage you to visit this fascinating exhibition.

You can visit the exhibition from the 5th April 2014 – 31st May 2015. The exhibition is open daily from 10am - 5pm.
